Did you ever wonder how fast you ran? How high you jumped? Well this invention from Nike might be just what you'll want. In this concept, one or more sensors are embedded in your shoe. The information collected from the sensor(s) is processed and made available for you to review on your phone. For example, your running speed, jump height, and impact pressure would be recorded and displayed synchronized to a prerecorded video as shown below.
Other tracking metrics may include recovery time , pace , vertical jump , court map , gait line , run line , heart rate , balance , distance , calories , reaction time , hustle points , pedometer , flight time , trials , ollies (skateboarding), impact and balance center.
